Getting an estimate for most items is as easy as filling out one of our on-line forms. The form only takes a moment to complete, and will give us the information we need to give you a quick and accurate response. We have included a comments area in our form to allow for a detailed description of your project. Be sure to give us any information you think will be helpful, such as special PMS ink colors, the amount of weight to be packaged, any internal packaging, etc. In the event we need additional information, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail promptly. For printed items, it is always helpful to send a copy of what you want printed, if available. Our estimate form doesn’t allow attachments, so send your art files separately to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please list the file name in the comments area of the request form, and include a short message along with the file in the e-mail. If your file is larger than 10MG
please call us and we’ll give you instructions to our FTP site.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. How long does it take to get an estimate?
A. It depends on the type and complexity of the project. For basic shipping
and commercial type packaging, you can expect an e-mail estimate within
one business day. For items with multiple parts and/or full color printing,
or projects that require structural design work, it can take 2-3 business days.
If we need additional time, we’ll contact you promptly.
Q. What if I don’t want to fill out the form? Can I call you for an estimate?
A. Filling out the form is actually the best way to get an estimate. It goes directly
into our estimating department, where it is assigned to an estimator for completion.
You can always call us if you wish to discuss your project live. However, calling in
doesn’t speed up the estimating process. We still require the same information that
is in the form, and it will still have to be assigned to an estimator.
Q. Can I get a “ballpark” price over the phone?
A. Unfortunately we can’t. Because each project is unique, and some are more complex
than others, we prefer to give you the right numbers the first time. It doesn’t serve you
for us to guess at it and then have to tell you something different later.
Q. Can I get a shipping estimate for my project?
A. The answer is yes. However, it will take longer to receive your estimate due to the
additional time required. It will be important to include information about your
receiving capabilities in the comments area of the form.. For information on what
information we need, see our Shipping Costs page by clicking here.
